By placing an order with Zipack, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delays may occur due to stock availability or courier issues.

Shipping Charges:

Within City (Lahore): PKR 250

Out of City: PKR 450

Delivery times may vary based on location.

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.

Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

Product Availability:

All products are subject to availability. In case of stock issues, we will contact you with alternatives or refund options.

All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.
